The artecon.es website makes information about the services offered available to its users, allowing the request for budgets without obligation and, once the contract is signed, facilitating the payment of the price agreed upon in it. The services offered through this website cover all kinds of property reform, restoration and rehabilitation works. The prices for the specified services are determined by agreement between the contractor and the client after an actual inspection for measurements and estimate calculations.
3. Recruitment process
Through the artecon.es website, the client may request the preparation of a detailed budget without obligation, after the visit of our staff to the property that is the object of the intended action.
Once the client accepts the budget, the contract will be signed in person and on paper. Said contract and the eventual annexes that accompany it will precisely define the contracted works and the total price of the same, breaking down the base of the same and the legally corresponding VAT.
The contract will detail the agreed conditions for the payment of the price, specifying the amount to be paid initially, as well as the eventual amounts to be paid at certain milestones, which can be defined by dates or in attention to parts of the work that are being completed.
In those cases in which it is necessary, the contract will be referred to the corresponding annexes that serve to adequately define the contracted works (including, among other possible contents, plans, definitions of materials, etc.). Said annexes must always be signed by the client as proof of knowing and accepting their content.
In the event of the need to manage licences, permits or administrative authorizations for the contracted works, it will always and in any case be done on behalf of and on behalf of the client. In this case, the contract will include a provision of funds to meet the cost of such public costs, proceeding subsequently to the final settlement once determined and paid.
4. Means of payment
The client may pay by any legally valid means of payment, including payment in cash against receipt (within the legal limits that are contemplated for such means of payment), as well as by transfer to the account numbers that are included in the contract.

5. Consumer right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation on consumer protection, customers who hold such status may withdraw free of charge and freely, without the need to justify the reasons for it, from the contracted services, within fourteen (14) calendar days following the the hiring date reflected in the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a message to our postal address, attaching a photocopy of the signatory’s ID, NIE or passport to confirm your identity.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal in the indicated terms, the contract will be terminated by operation of law and, consequently, the part of the price that he has paid will be returned to the client.
The right of withdrawal will not proceed when the client does not hold the status of consumer, as legally defined. In this sense, consumers will be considered natural persons who act for a purpose unrelated to their commercial, business, trade or profession, as well as legal persons and entities without legal personality when they act without profit in an area unrelated to an commercial or business activity.
It will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal once the contracted work has begun, without prejudice to the unilateral resolution in accordance with the following section.
6. Unilateral resolution by the client
The client, whether he is a consumer or not, may unilaterally withdraw from the contract at any time during its execution, although he will be obliged to indemnify all expenses incurred, as well as an amount relevant to the commercial benefit that would have been obtained. with the completion of the work, as stipulated in article 1594 of the Civil Code.
7. Applicable law
The application and interpretation of the general conditions and of the contracts signed between the contractor and its clients will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Spanish legislation, including European standards that become part of the Spanish legal system.
8. Intellectual property
