Comprehensive patio reform in Vélez-Málaga

This house was built over 40 years ago by the client’s father. During the operation of the house, the courtyard underwent certain changes and was never rebuilt. Subsequently, the first problems related to seismic processes appeared. In addition, the root system of the trees was highly developed, which also led to the destruction of certain elements of the fence and led to the formation of cracks in the pavement.

The main tasks of our construction company were to carry out a full set of dismantling works, fix the site, re-brick the fence and decorate it with tiles.

The following works have been carried out:

• complete dismantling of the fence and pavement;
• earth excavation to a depth of 25 cm;
• arrangement of a 7 cm layer of sand with tamping;
• arrangement of an 8 cm layer of crushed stone with tamping;
• concrete and masonry works were carried out;
• the fence and the sidewalk are covered with ceramic tiles.;
• laying tiles on the pavement with joint grouting;
• repair of the facade of the house and painting.
