We were faced with the task of renovating this studio so that the client could rent it out.
So to renovate this studio, as the client did not want to change the furniture and appliances, we focused on updating the surfaces and details to give it a fresh and modern air. New switches and sockets were installed to improve the functionality and security of the home.
Regarding the repair of the bathroom, a modernization was carried out to make the most of its space. High quality tiles were used and lighting was upgraded to create a more relaxing and welcoming environment.
In summary, we managed to transform this studio into a more attractive and modern space for future tenants, keeping the client’s original furniture and appliances and focusing on the renovation of the main surfaces and the bathroom.
