This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the website artecon.es uses, what they are for, who sets them and how you can manage or delete them. It forms part of our legal information together with the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. They make it possible, for example, to remember your preferences or to display certain features of the page correctly. This policy also applies to similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage) or session storage.
Cookies do not harm your device and, on their own, in most cases do not allow you to be identified directly.
Depending on who manages them:
Depending on their purpose:
Depending on their duration, they can be session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (kept for a set period).
ARTECON mainly uses technical cookies that are necessary for the website to work. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies, nor do we create user profiles.
Below are the cookies and technologies you may encounter when browsing the website:
| Cookie / technology | Owner | Type and purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| pll_language | ARTECON (first-party) | Technical. Remembers the selected language (Spanish, English, Ukrainian or Russian). | 1 year |
| joinchat_* (local storage) | ARTECON (first-party) | Technical. Manages the WhatsApp chat window (for example, so the welcome message is not repeated). | Until the user deletes it |
| wpEmojiSettingsSupports (session storage) | ARTECON (first-party) | Technical. Checks whether the browser displays emojis correctly. | Session |
| wordpress_*, wp-settings-* | ARTECON (first-party) | Technical. Set only for website administrators when they log in. | Session / 1 year |
| NID, AEC, SOCS and similar | Google LLC (third party) | Set when the Google Maps map embedded on the website loads; Google uses them to remember preferences, for security and for its own purposes. | Up to 13 months |
If in the future we add analytics, advertising or other cookies that require consent, we will update this table and will only activate them after you accept them.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards described in the international transfers section of our Privacy Policy.
Technical cookies are set because they are necessary to provide the service you request when visiting the website and do not require consent. For cookies that are not strictly necessary, ARTECON will ask for your prior consent, which you can accept, reject or configure, and withdraw at any time as easily as you gave it.
Regardless of this, you can always block or delete cookies in your browser settings, as explained in the next section.
You can allow, block or delete the cookies installed on your device through your browser settings:
Please note that if you block technical cookies, some features of the website (such as remembering your language or displaying the map) may not work properly.
We will review this Cookie Policy periodically and whenever the cookies we use change. As good practice, where necessary, we will ask for your consent again at least every 24 months or when relevant changes occur.
If you have any questions about our use of cookies, you can write to us at info@artecon.es. To find out how we process your personal data and how to exercise your rights, see our Privacy Policy; for all other terms of use, see the Legal Notice.
